Fithub Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Fithub Chrome Extension and the Fithub Studio web app (“Fithub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handle user data. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Data Collection

We collect the following types of data:

• User-uploaded images to generate composites and fitment analyses
• Optional metadata such as furniture item name, room type, and colors

2. Use of Data

Data is used exclusively to generate design suggestions, visual composites, and furniture fitment scoring via AI. We do not use this data for any unrelated purpose.

3. Hosting and Processing

Data is processed securely on Azure Cloud and OpenAI API infrastructure. Composite images and analysis results may be temporarily stored to enable user access, but are not used for profiling or resale.

4. Chrome Extension Data Handling

The Fithub Chrome Extension does not collect or store any personally identifiable data. It interacts locally with IKEA.com to gather furniture metadata and allows users to generate room previews via our backend.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties, except to provide core features via our backend and AI services.

6. User Rights

Users may request the deletion of uploaded images or data by contacting us at fithub.activation@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We may revise this policy. The latest version will always be available at https://fit-hub.online/privacy.
